📦Shipping
Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days for all standard orders and 1 day of processing for orders over $25 (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates**
- Shipping rates are free for all orders.
- We offer free two-day shipping on orders over $50, if ordered before 1pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
- We currently ship within **Charlotte, NC**.
Shipping Delays**
While we do our best to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience!
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Charlotte’s Web The Book Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Because we sell both **new and gently used children’s books**, please review our return policy carefully.
**Returns**
* Returns are accepted within **14 days of delivery**.
* Items must be in the same condition** as received.
**Non-Returnable Items**
* New items with downloadable content
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
